Payment requests regarding your pending case are made via email, accompanied by an official letter, and are directed to the official bank accounts of ANADOLU PATENT DANIŞMANLIK BİLİŞİM VE TİCARET A.Ş. (a.k.a. ANADOLU PATENT AS) Under no circumstances are official requests sent from personal accounts via WhatsApp or similar channels.
Please do not give credence to requests from individuals you do not know and who are not employees of our office. Do not make payments to bank account numbers belonging to different names under the guise of “official fees,” “charges,” etc. Our company’s bank account numbers are listed in all official documents sent to clients, including invoices. You may also submit a request to pay by credit card through the “Payment Methods” section on our website.
If you receive a message or phone call of this nature, we strongly urge you to contact your customer representative directly via our contact numbers or email addresses to verify whether the requested fee is legitimate. We emphasize that you should not make any payment without first receiving confirmation and verifying the account holder’s name and account number.
