The Industrial Property Law that has been being prepared since a long time is accepted in the Turkish Grand National Assembly on December 22, 2016 and entered into force on January 10, 2017 as it is published in the Official Gazette of Turkey with number 29944. The new Industrial Property Law no. 6769 that gathers all the industrial rights under a single roof and includes the traditional product names, is bringing many reforms with regard to execution.
